Create my QR code →How to make a QR code with your logo
- Paste your website link (or any text) into the box.
- Optionally add your logo and choose the colours.
- Download it as a PNG or PDF, then scan it with your phone once to check it.
What you can do with it
- Logo in the centre. Upload your brand mark and resize it; the code switches to maximum error correction so it still scans.
- Your colours. Choose the QR and background colours to match your brand.
- PNG or PDF. A 1024 px PNG for screens and designs, or an A4 PDF to print straight away.
- Private. Your link, text and logo never leave your browser.
Where to use a QR code
Visiting cards, shop windows, product packaging, posters, menus, brochures and social media profiles — anywhere you want people to reach your website with one scan.
Tips for a QR code that scans
Use a dark QR colour on a light background — low contrast is the most common reason a code fails. Keep the logo to about a fifth of the width, and leave the white border around the code in place when you print it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put my logo inside the QR code?
Yes. Click Add logo, choose your image, and it is placed in the centre. When a logo is used SnapFit switches to the highest error-correction level so the code still scans. Keep the logo small and test the code with your phone before printing.
Is the QR code free, and does it expire?
It is free and it never expires. The QR code simply contains your link or text — there is no tracking redirect, so it keeps working as long as your website does.
Is my link uploaded anywhere?
No. The QR code is drawn in your browser. Your link, text and logo are never sent to a server.
Can I download the QR code as a PDF?
Yes. Use the Download PDF button for a print-ready A4 page, or Download PNG for an image you can drop into a design, a document or a WhatsApp message.
Will my QR code stop working?
No. The code holds your link directly, so it works for as long as that link does. If you later change where the link points, you will need to make a new code.
What size is the downloaded image?
The PNG is 1024 × 1024 px, sharp enough for print and for sharing on screen. The PDF is an A4 page with the QR code centred at 12 cm square, ready to print.
